This accommodation is a premium room with an en-suite bathroom and shared living room with a kitchen. There is free WiFi in the building and all bills are included.
This room has the best environment for any kind of work you want to do, the neighbours are usually quiet and the other tennants are really friendly. There are lifts to get you around the building and a security desk that is open all through the night.
The living room/kitchen is amazing. There is more than enough storage for your kitchen items and there is a comfortable sofa with a TV too.
Guests are allowed into your accommodation, it is best that your flatmates are notified as well.
A few important things to note - this room is for students only, regardless of what university you go to. The date that the tenancy ends is the 17th of August 2027. Short term lets are also not allowed.
