Double room to rent in a beautiful Edwardian house in Chorltonville. The house is in a lovely quiet conservation area less than 5 minutes from Chorlton Ees and the River Mersey. The popular shops on Beech Road are just a 5 minute walk and we’re really close to the bus and tram stations too. It’s a 10 minute walk into central Chorlton and there’s great access to the motorway network with the airport 15 minutes drive away. We are 20 mins on the bus to the University.

4/5 bedroom house occupied by a friendly family - 3 children (2 reside in the family home) 21 (away at University) therefore mostly sharing with me and my youngest son 17 and also our 5 year old kitty! 😻 Two reception rooms, bathroom with roll top bath, downstairs toilet, large kitchen/dining room and south facing sunny garden.

Looking for a female lodger to live in our family home - one double bedroom available however you’ll have full access to the rest of the house. I work from home approximately 3 days a week. Maximum stay of 3 months. All bills included.

**Please note occasional restricted access to the bathroom as the loft ladder is sometimes in use.
