It is newly refurbished and and luxuriously renovated private studio in , 5 mins walk from Manchester City`s Etihad Stadium, CO-OP Arena and Sport City stadiums. There is a tram stop 5 minutes walk from the flat, which takes you to Piccadilly Station in only 9 minutes !

The double bed is with memory foam mattress, 32'' TV, new modern and lux bathroom, private dedicated desk with monitor, wardrobe and private kitchen table with two chairs.

The kitchenette have silverware, cutlery, plates, pods and pans, induction hob, fridge and freezer and a kettle.

There is a smart washer & dryer, smart Iron and ironing table, they are shared

Also, there is a full kitchen available which is shared, with a double oven and a gas hob and can be used.
