Hey, I am looking for a new housemate. I live in a 3-bedroom house in a very quiet area of Swinton. I enjoy going to the gym, hiking, and meeting up with friends.

There are 2 furnished rooms available to rent:
Single room: £550
Double room: £670
All bills are included.
The kitchen, bathroom, living room , and big garden are shared. Kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary stuff from pots and plates to microwave and oven .There is also some small storage space available.
Transport to the city centre:
12 minutes by train (train station is a 15-minute walk)
25 minutes by car
35 minutes by bus (bus stop is a 5-minute walk).
