Directly behind Cheetham Hill shopping district. 10 minute walk to Abraham Moss leisure centre and library.
Due to my former flatmate having to return to America unexpectedly, I need the room filling sooner rather than later. Im looking for someone I can be friends with, as this is a smaller flat. Rent is split with the double room being £50 more than mine as it is a single (and significantly smaller). Bills come to about £150 a month including council tax (Band A).
