I'm looking for 1 flatmate to rent 1 room in this great 3 bed, apartment, due to flatmates leaving, 1 Of the flatmates is relocating for work.

I have not been able to change the postcode on this, but postcode is M154UP

It is fully furnished. you will have use of a shared bathroom with one of the other rooms.

It is a 2 minute walk from the Deansgate and a 6 minute walk from Oxford road.

Bills come to around 190pm each (depending on electricity usage; water is done every 3 months). Wifi is included with the rent.
Bills are a shared between the tenants

Move in date would be for September 2025. exact date to be discussed

About me
I am 30 years old and have lived in Manchester for 10+ years. I work for a software company in the city centre ac purple of days in office and the rest are wfh.

I like to think I am a friendly and an all round easy going person. I am clean and tidy, and enjoy going to the gym, going out for food and drinks, travelling, as well as exploring Manchester. I also enjoy downtime every now and then in front of the TV with a beer/whisky/glass of wine (or two) and good company. I am respectful of personal space as I also like to unwind and have my own at times. I do travel quite a bit when I can.

Looking for someone with similar interests and someone who would wants to make this place a bit homey.
