Hi, I’m a current tenant in a two-bedroom flat in Deansgate and I’m looking for someone to move in, as my current flatmate is moving back to New Zealand!
The rent for the room is £585 per month, with bills coming to around £230 per month. The deposit is £664.
I have the bigger room, so I pay slightly more towards the rent.
The flat is fully furnished, spacious and has a balcony and double parking space, which is a great bonus!
Property is available technically from the 24th December, since rent is due 24th each month. However my flat mate moves out on the 15th December.
5 mins walk to Deansgate tram station and walking distance to local amenities.
About me:
I am 30 and I currently work in finance at JD Sports. I work from home on Fridays but am in the office the rest of the week.
I love going out for nice food, enjoying drinks with friends, but equally love a chilled night in. My partner lives in London, so I often head there for weekends.
Ideally, I’m looking to live with someone who’s friendly and sociable, but also enjoys their own space. I’d prefer someone who doesn’t work from home full-time, partly due to bills and shared living costs.
