Sick and tired of trawling spare room? Want a location that is basically town centre but with more character and less council tax? Fancy living in in a place painted mainly in primary colours? This is the home for you.

Hi, we're flat 50 at Rockdove avenue and we're looking for an aspiring young layabout to take up residence in our spare room relatively asap. Amenities include; a functional bathroom (ugly, so not pictured), a washing machine (+ dryer), lovely balcony, TV*, comfy (though admittedly ugly) sofas, and hyper-optic WiFI.

*the guy moving out is taking the TV with him but we will have a replacement soon lol

The room on offer is the second largest in the house, and comes furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and desk.

The house vibe is vaguely artsy. I write, do photography and occasionally jam. My flatmate is a film studies student and a wizard with DIY. We are both, uh, interested in plants. In a very chill way.

We're not looking for anyone in particular, just bring good energy and vague cleanliness.

The guy moving out did have a cat living with him, so for the foreseeable everything will be a bit cat-hairy. Please bear this in mind if you or any of your loved ones have an allergy.
