I’m currently looking for someone to share this lovely flat in Cornbrook, 20 minute walk to the city centre.

The flat is well situated in an area with supermarkets (a Coop on the ground floor, and a Tesco 5 minutes away), bus stops and Cornbrook tram stop 2 minutes away that will literally take you everywhere.

Included in the rent are a fully equipped gym on the roof of the building (with a lovely trainer who comes twice per week!) and coworking areas. Council tax and bills are not included in the price but are approximately £155 per month and per person (council tax band D). Parking space is also available for an additional fee.

The flat is furnished and with a fully equipped kitchen. We also have a massive balcony with views to Deansgate and there’s a little park nearby ☺️🌳

The room is incredibly bright, it includes a double bed and it’s own door to the balcony! You’ll also have your own separate bathroom with a walk-in shower and heated towel rail, as well as a massive wall mirror.

I’m looking for a respectful flatmate who enjoys living a quiet life, watching a film or a show on the weekends and going for brunch some weekends. Ideally I’d like to share with someone who wants to stay over long term and sees the flat as their home.

About myself:
-I work for the NHS but somehow ended up working from home half my hours.
-I enjoy reading and having a cup of wine every now and then (or every Saturday), but I’m not really a party person, so if you bring friends in for pre drinks every weekend we’re probably not a match :(
-I’ve lived in several student flats and I got a bit tired of cleaning after others, so I’d really appreciate finding someone who’s clean.
-I’m actually a chill person (even if the last point suggests otherwise), and people say I’m funny once they get used to the weird accent.
