Hii! My spare room is available immediately in a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom flat located a 5 minute walk from Deansgate metrolink stop.

The room is furnished with a double bed and drawers, with space for a wardrobe. The clothes rail pictured belongs to the previous tenant.
There's one shared bathroom with a shower over bath; open plan kitchen with washer/dryer and all the usual amenities; shared living room, and a parking space in the underground car park. I supplied all the kitchen equipment and utensils; happy to share 🫶🏼
Rent is £550 per month, council tax band D, water/energy/wifi comes to around £100-150 each depending on usage (water and electricity are on a meter).

Location is unreal, across the road from HOME and really well connected with transport links (5 min walk to Deansgate tram and train). Stumbling distance from the hustle & bustle of the city!

A little about me - I'm 30, outgoing and chatty but also value and respect alone time. I’m AuDHD so home needs to be my sanctuary. I take great pride in my home and would expect the new flatmate to look after the shared spaces in the same way.
I work from home and utilise the living room for practical projects so would be best suited to someone who doesn’t wfh ideally ✨
I love all things music, creative, and a little bit silly, so a fun sense of humour is a must!
Getting along with my flatmate is super important to me - I really don’t want the new flatmate to feel like a stranger in my home so I’d rather meet up for a coffee or something first to see how we get on.
