Classic Ensuite, Parkway Gate, Summer Takeover

I’m looking for an MMU student to take over my tenancy from June until 5th September. The room is on the 10th floor, with a beautiful view overlooking the Mancunian Way. In the summer the sunsets are amazing, and on clear days you can even see the mountains in the distance.

The flatmates are very friendly, respectful, and easy to live with. The kitchen is a great shared space and, unlike many other flats in the building, we have two fridges, so there’s plenty of storage for everyone.

It’s a relaxed and sociable flat, but everyone also respects each other’s space. This would suit another MMU student looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay over the summer.
