Wonderful flat in Deansgate

Hi,
I am hoping to find someone to replace me in my lease as I am moving in with my boyfriend. It would be 5 months from the 15th of June to 14th of November

Rent is £700 a month each and the bills (including council tax) come to around £150/160 a month.

The flat itself is in deansgate next to the towers, so is the perfect location as it takes 15/20 mins to walk into town as well as being right next to the tram stop and train station. The building has a concierge, parcel room and (basic) gym with a sauna as well thats included if thats something you would be interested.

There is a shared living and kitchen area with a balcony (which is lovely in the summer) and the room has its own bathroom across the hall while the other room has an en-suite.
