Double Room in Deansgate Square

Looking for someone to take over my room in Deansgate square - a stunning corner 3 bed apartment in South Tower.

The flat has a big kitchen living room with an island and plenty of storage for the three of us. The bedroom is spacious with a big wardrobe and a double bed, and the bathroom is shared with one other girl, with storage cupboards and a bath.

The building is in the best location, just a few minutes walk to Deansgate tram stop, with a corner shop and cafe/ wine bar within the building.

Rent includes full access to the gym, pool, sauna and steam room with lots of free classes run at the gym such as pilates and yoga.

I also have access to a parking space which could come with the flat too for an additional £220 a month, but this is optional.

The two current flatmates are the loveliest girls Ellie and Milly, both mid 20s, professional girls and really easy to live with.

I have lived here for two years and loved it and am gutted to be moving to be closer to my new job. Flat is available from 1st June but I can be slightly flexible if needed. Our current contract is until 31st October but in line with May law changes for renters this will become a rolling tenancy with a 2 month notice period.

Rent is £750, bills come to around £200-220 extra each per month.
