South facing room & bathroom, Deansgate Square

I’m renting out a room in my large two-bedroom corner apartment in South Tower, Deansgate Square.

The flat is south facing, bright and well presented, with lovely views and plenty of natural light. It’s fully furnished with my own furniture and has been really well looked after. The room also has its own bathroom.

The apartment has a spacious open-plan living area, a modern kitchen and a calm, clean feel throughout. It’s in a great location in Manchester, with easy access to the city centre, restaurants, bars, shops, gyms and transport links.

You’ll also have access to the Deansgate Square residents’ facilities, including the gym, pool, spa, co-working spaces and residents’ lounges, as well as concierge services.

I’m looking for a like minded female flatmate, ideally mid 30s or similar. I have a social life and enjoy going out, but I like home to feel calm and comfortable rather than like a party flat.

This would suit someone professional, friendly and independent who wants a lovely place to live in a well-maintained home.
