Hi! I’m moving out in mid-June and looking for someone to take over my furnished ensuite double room in a modern 2-bed flat in Deansgate Square (East Tower).

The current flatmate is a male student and is expected to move out in late June. He mostly keeps to himself and is often out during the day, so the flat generally feels very quiet, spacious and private. Shared spaces such as the kitchen are also not heavily used.

Looking for someone clean, respectful and considerate who is happy to help keep shared spaces tidy. Prefer someone who enjoys a quieter and comfortable living environment rather than frequent parties.

Rent and move-in dates are flexible and can be discussed. WiFi is included, while water and electricity bills are not included and will be shared based on the actual usage during the stay.
