I have a spare bedroom with an ensuite available in my 2 bed flat from the 21st of July. I’m looking for someone who wants to be both friends and roommates!

The room comes part furnished with a bed, wardrobe, drawers and shelves. Rent is £637.50 a month which includes a private parking space available in the underground garage and bike storage. I don’t drive myself so this would all be for you.

The flat has a huge south facing balcony with incredible views of the sunset ☀️ and you can access the balcony directly from all three rooms!

I’m 28 and I love music, going to the charity shop, hiking, dancing, going out with friends, reading and doing little crafts at home. I have lived here for 2 years now and really enjoyed it so far.

It’s a 7 min walk from Cornbrook tram stop and close to big Sainsbury’s, convenience shops and some pubs and bars as well.
