Ensuite Room in Deansgate

Hey there, I’m looking to fit someone in for the next academic year as my current flatmate is leaving. Move in date September 1st

It’s a two bed ensuite room in Deansgate where you have your own ensuite room with plenty of storage. Our Kitchen has a hob, oven and airfryer. And a TV with all subscriptions on it.

Living in Deansgate for the last year has been great. We quite literally live on top of a Sainsbury’s with about a dozen different grocery stores within 10 minute walk.

There are more pubs, bars, restaurants and activities than you can count, so there’s plenty to do here.

So you’ll be sharing the flat with myself. I’m Rohan, 21, UK local and heading into my third year in the Alliance building at UOM. There’s a gym a 5 minute walk away from here that I go to. I’m also a web developer. Something I’ve found helpful living in Deansgate is that there are many networking events for all types of fields here which you can join me on.

Additionally there are many working spaces a short walk away from here. Manchester Central Library, John Rylands library (my personal favourite), Black sheep coffee, cafe Nero, Starbucks, Bold Street Coffee and even a cat cafe which just opened up here. Just to name a few.

I’m looking for a roommate who’s reliable, also clean and would like to be friends.
