Hey girls, I’m looking for someone to move into my flat with me from 26th September as my current flatmate is moving out to go back to uni! The flat is a 3 minute walk to Deansgate train station and tram stop. Rent is £725/month, council tax band D and with bills (inc CT) it comes to around £900/month.

The room has a double bed, drawers and a wardrobe, with its own bathroom (not an ensuite but it’s not shared). The flat has a balcony and a decent sized storage cupboard. There is a (tiny) gym, sauna and steam room in the apartment block too, but it’s also right beside a PureGym and Sainsbury’s Local. There’s also a parking space available with the flat!

A bit about me:

I’m 23, originally from Belfast, but moved to Manchester for uni 5 years ago. I work in marketing and work from home on Mondays and Fridays. I like going to the gym, going for a sweet treat (ofc), travelling, reading, cooking and baking, watching reality tv (MAFSAU especially) and going out for dinner/to the pub. I enjoy getting dressed up for some cocktails and a boogie from time to time as well, but enjoy nights in more and having some time to myself.

I’m looking for someone respectful, clean, sociable and someone I can be friends with too! Ideally not a student either for the council tax, and needs to be someone with a UK guarantor. Send me a message if you’re interested☺️
