Located just off Deansgate on Mirabel Street, the apartment is only a few minutes walk from Victoria Station, Deansgate, Spinningfields, the AO Arena, and a wide range of restaurants, bars, shops, and gyms.

The rent would be £650 a month (bills and council tax not included). The council tax is band D and falls under Manchester City Centre council.

The room is not an ensuite but includes its own private bathroom shown in the photos. It also has sufficient space to fit a desk. Please note that the furnishing and bedroom layout is slightly different from the photos due to rearranging some stuff and some items belonging to previous tenants.

In terms of me, I am a recent graduate from the University of Birmingham and am starting a graduate job in the city centre and am looking for not just a flatmate but also someone who has similar interests and enjoys going out on weekends, trips to the pub or quiet nights in.
