You'll have shared use of the apartment's large open-plan living area and modern kitchen, including the kitchen island/breakfast bar. There is also a separate home-office/workspace which can be shared when needed, ideal for occasional or hybrid home working.

The apartment is located in the Castlefield/M15 area of Manchester, within easy reach of the city centre, Castlefield and nearby public transport connections.

Rent: £725 per calendar month.

Bills are additional to the rent and will be shared equally 50/50 between the two occupants. This will include the applicable share of council tax, electricity, broadband/Wi-Fi and other shared household utility costs.

No parking is available with the room.

We're looking for someone who would like a comfortable, well-kept home and will be considerate of the shared living spaces.

Once we have found a prospective housemate who feels like a good fit and both parties are happy to proceed, they will be referred to the existing letting agent to complete the normal tenancy/referencing process. This will include the agent's standard affordability and eligibility checks and may include proof of identity/right to rent, income or employment verification, references and credit checks, as applicable. Any tenancy will therefore be subject to satisfactory referencing and the letting agent/landlord's approval.
