2 Double Rooms available in Deansgate

Looking for 2 roommates to move into a 3 bed apartment.

Both rooms available are double rooms and come furnished with a bed, bedside table and wardrobe. The bathroom is shared between the 2 flatmates.

The location is very central, being a few minutes away from the Deansgate-Castlefield Tram stop and Deansgate Train Station. The city centre is very accessible by foot. There are a couple retail parks around too!

I am a 3rd year university student currently on a placement year, working at an accounting firm in audit. I enjoy going to hot Pilates classes, going on walks, cooking and baking and I love love love watching TV. I also do makeup in my free time! I don’t drink and not a fan of a night out.

I am quite chill and quiet and would like someone similar, or at least respectful with noise. Cleanliness is also really big for me, so being clean and tidy is a must.

I’m looking for a professional aged between 21-28 years old who is happy to socialise and hang out. Someone who is also respectful in the communal areas.

Rent is £695 per month for each rooms. Bills are usually £160-170 each, but this may go up in winter.

The rooms are available from the 2nd of October!
