Fusion Student Manchester Ensuite

Looking for someone to takeover my 44 week contract in Fusion Student Manchester, the contract duration is until 16 July 2027 but you can extend later on as long as you’re a student. The rent is £265 per week or £1171.8 per month but you get a £250 cashback at the end of your stay.

The room is an ensuite in a 4 bed flat shared with 2 female and 1 male students.

Fusion Student Mancheshter is Located at 390 Deansgate, Manchester, M3 4BS, the accommodation is a 20-minute walk from the University of Manchester and Manchester Metropolitan University, a 5-minute walk from Deansgate railway station, and a 26-minute walk from Piccadilly station, making it well connected to both campuses and the wider city

What Included in the rent?
Fusion Manchester is all-inclusive and this also includes a range of on-site facilities, including a coffee lounge, gym, cardio studio, karaoke room, gaming zone, library, and study area. Contract takeover:
This is an official contract takeover through Fusion Student, not a private sublet. The replacement student will complete the takeover directly with Fusion and enter into a new tenancy agreement with them.

I have confirmed with Fusion that a replacement student can still take over the booking even though the tenancy has already started.
