Hi! I’m a University of Manchester postgraduate student looking for a replacement tenant for my Extra Large Studio at Parkway Gate, managed by Unite Students.

This is a self-contained studio with its own kitchen and bathroom, conveniently located for both the University of Manchester and Manchester Metropolitan University.

KEY DETAILS
• Rent: £368 per week, including utility bills and Wi-Fi
• Tenancy ends: 28 August 2027
• Move-in date: negotiable, subject to completion of Unite Students’ official replacement-tenant process
• Students only, subject to Unite Students’ eligibility checks
• No security deposit

• Approximately 28+ m²
• Located on the 6th floor
• Private kitchen and bathroom
• Furnished, with a bed, study desk, wardrobe and storage
• No shared kitchen or bathroom

LOCATION AND FACILITIES
Parkway Gate is on Chester Street, within walking distance of the University of Manchester and MMU. Shops, food options and Manchester Oxford Road station are also nearby.

Residents have access to an on-site gym, study spaces, communal social areas, a cinema room and a shared outdoor courtyard.

TENANCY TAKEOVER
The replacement tenancy will be arranged directly through Unite Students. I’m looking for someone to take over the remaining tenancy through to 28 August 2027.

Smoking and vaping are not permitted indoors. Ordinary pets are not permitted under Unite Students’ policy.

Council tax: qualifying full-time students are exempt. The property's council tax band is to be confirmed with Unite Students.
