I have fibre broadband, a relatively new kitchen with induction hob, integrated fridge/freezer, slim dish washer and an outside space at the rear.
There's also a washing machine and tumble dryer for laundry.

Parking & Commute:
There is secure free parking in the Morrison's car park just opposite, which residents are entitled to register and use.
There is street parking, either on the main road or down the side streets.
My house is a 2 minute drive away from the M67, and 4 minutes from the M60, so ideally placed for commuting.
If you prefer to use public transport, there are direct buses to Manchester Piccadilly, Stockport Interchange, Ashton-under-Lyne, Dukinfield & Stalybridge from the Crownpoint stops, which are a couple minutes from the property.

I moved in last year.
I'm Luke, 30, a data & pricing analyst, who works in Manchester City Centre and from home. My interests include films & music, winter sports and hiking.
I generally keep to myself but don't mind socialising.
The house is a mid-terrace so tenants would be expected to keep the noise down late at night.
