Because it’s a single room and would suit someone working here on a weekly commute or similar.

It is a quiet house and we would like a mature ,quiet, considerate and tidy lodger.

I have a freshly decorated with new furniture and new mattress, furnished room in a nice, quiet, spacious house in Denton, close to bus stops and motorway links.

All bills included. EE house wide WIFI.

Brand new bathroom and kitchen now complete with dishwasher, a washing machine, dryer and American fridge freezer. Includes induction hob, double oven, microwave, ninja air fry, soup maker, toasty maker, slow cooker amongst others. Well equipped kitchen.

House has shared living and dinning room, upstairs bathroom with WC and downstairs WC too. , Allocated and shared kitchen cupboards. Nice patio and garden with BBQ and chimney.

The house and room have are very well equipped there is off road parking near the house.

Would suit a super tidy mature person moving with work.
