We are looking for a new housemate for a flat share on the Withington Didsbury border.. It's a large three bed and two story flat. Your bedroom is large and en suite. We also have a large living room/kitchen.
The transport links and local amenities are excellent because we are equal distance (5 minutes) from both Withington and West Didsbury centres.. So you can choose from plenty of discount placed, as well as hip ones. It's easy to get to the city centre but it's also a fairly quiet place.
The house includes a teacher and an NHS worker. We are a friendly bunch who are happy to make new friends as well as leave people to their own space.
We'd like a housemate who is friendly and easy going. We don't make much noise ourselves but we are also laid back about others provided they don't play loud music late on a week night. Post graduate students and
professionals are welcome.. Please msge to arrange a viewing..
