Lovely furnished double room available in a peaceful two-bedroom ground-floor flat in Didsbury, available immediately for a 2–3 month short-term let.

This would be ideal for someone who is between homes, relocating to Manchester, or here for a short-term work placement and looking for somewhere comfortable and homely.

The flat is tucked away at the back of a quiet residential development, so it's incredibly peaceful while still being within walking distance of Didsbury Village and West Didsbury. West Didsbury tram stop is also within easy reach.

Situated at the back of the flat complex the flat is super quiet and peaceful while also being in walking distance to Didsbury Village and West Didsbury - the closest Tram Stop is West Didsbury.

The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and large built-in wardrobe with plenty of storage.

You'll be sharing the bathroom, kitchen and living room with me, so it's very much a relaxed two-person household rather than a busy house share.

There is also free residents' parking available.

A little about me

I work from home during the week, so I'm ideally looking for someone who doesn't also need to work from home full-time.

I work across music and community projects and am currently involved with a new charity. I enjoy having a peaceful, friendly and relaxed home.

I also live with Merlin, my very friendly dog, who loves people and cuddles, so you'll need to be comfortable living with a dog.

There isn't currently a TV or TV licence.

The room is available for 1–3 months and would particularly suit someone looking for a temporary base in Manchester, perhaps you're relocating, between homes, here for work, or simply need somewhere lovely to stay for a little while.

As this is a short-term let in a furnished home, it would best suit someone travelling relatively lightly rather than looking to move a full household's worth of belongings in. There is a good-sized built-in wardrobe and storage in the bedroom too.
