Looking for someone to take over my tenancy in Didsbury, or potentially sublet over the summer.

Snug bedroom in a 2 bed flat, located five minutes from Didsbury village - super close to lots of lovely restaurants, cafes and bars.
Flat is bright, airy and a plant lovers’ paradise!

You would be sharing with a wonderful flatmate who often travels for work. Ideal for someone who enjoys their own space but is also up for some reality tv and a brew or a glass of wine every now and then.

Ideal flat for young professionals - no students unfortunately.
Ideally looking for non-smokers / vapers.

Rent is £497 a month, plus bills which usually come to around £150. Council tax band A.
Deposit is £415.39.
