Room available in a 3 bed house with 2 other girls

Hey 🫶🏻

We have a room available in our house share as our friend has bought her own home so is moving out! It’s a double room, unfurnished, and downstairs.

The house is in an amazing location - 10 mins walk to Burton Road tram stop and close to bus stops that go into town.

We have a big south-facing garden and either driveway or on street parking available. We also have a spare room upstairs which we use as a kind of office/storage/getting ready room.

Move in date is 1st September.

About us - I’m Lily, 28, wfh usually around 50% of the week. Jen is 30, works from the office 5 days a week. We both love the usual things, yoga/pilates, reading, a night out on canal street, random side quests, food, travelling, etc. We’re very welcoming and would love whoever moves in to become a friend 💗.
