Double Room in Didsbury Flat (M20)

Hi! I’m Jia, a Malaysian PhD student currently living in a lovely 2-bedroom flat in Didsbury. I am looking for a female housemate from October as my current flatmate is moving out.

The rent is £585 per month (~£650 including bills*). The room is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and drawers. We’ll share a bathroom, kitchen and spacious living / dining area. The flat’s location is really ideal as it’s close to bus and tram stops, and less than 10 mins walk to both Didsbury Village and Burton road. Parking is also available within the compound.

I’m an easygoing and sociable person who enjoys cooking/baking and hosting friends for dinners, games and craft nights. I also like going out for walks/ hikes to explore Manchester and the areas nearby.
