I’m looking for someone to replace me in this house share. The house is in a really nice location, a short walk from Burton Road tram stop.
The room is on the top floor right next to a modern bathroom so it feels like you have your own space in the house share. The room itself is pretty spacious and well furnished.
The landlord is an absolute dream. If there are any issues, it is typically sorted within 24 hours.
