Spare Room - Lovely gated road in Didsbury

Two of us are moving into this lovely 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom house on 17th September, and we’re looking for someone to take the third room.

We’re both 27, one male and one female, and both young professionals. We’d really like to make genuine friends with whoever moves in, rather than just sharing a house. Our preference is another female. We actually met through SpareRoom ourselves, so we’ll all be moving in at the same time and on equal footing as, hopefully, new friends.

The house is in a prime location, just a short walk from Didsbury Village, Burton Road and the tram stop. It’s on a private gated road with plenty of parking, so you get to claim you live in a gated community :)

The available room is on the middle floor of three. While it isn’t technically en suite, the bathroom is right next door and will be yours exclusively, so it’s essentially your own private bathroom.
