Lovely, light, spacious double room available in a large 4-bedroom house share in Didsbury. Myself and another housemate are moving out after 3 lovely years in this house. 2 of the housemates are remaining and 1 of the available rooms has now been filled so the house is looking for 1 more friendly housemate to fill the remaining room on the first floor.

The house is spacious, with 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a large garden (which the available bedroom overlooks) and a shared lounge and kitchen. It has great transport links, located a 4 minute walk from Burnage train station and a 15 minute walk from both West Didsbury and Didsbury village tram stops. It is located just off a street with shops and amenities and a 5 minute walk to the beautiful Fog Lane park. Bills work out at roughly £100 per month.

The house is a friendly, laid-back environment. The current housemates are lovely, friendly and warm people and are looking to welcome someone who is warm, respectful and easy-going into this home.
