- The room has a large double height window, double bed and exposed rail racks. There is a desk in the room, making it suitable for WFH.

There’s also the option to work from home downstairs in the lounge, where we have a desk — our current housemate works from there around twice a week.

There’s free on-street parking available and it’s really easy to find a space, as we all have cars.

The house is very social — we’re all friends, hang out a lot and often go out together. We’re also quite involved in each other’s friendship circles, so we’d ideally be looking for someone who’s keen to be part of that and have a similar social vibe, rather than someone who just wants somewhere to sleep!
