We are looking for a nice professional housemate (girl or guy) for a great 5 bed detached house in St James’ Park, Didsbury.

Awesome house in Didsbury’s exclusive St James Park gated development - We have nice living/kitchen and 2x living rooms with cosy fire and antique parquet floor, study, piano, hot tub.

We are 2 mins walk to Didsbury village and the tram stop or 5 mins to East Didsbury station. Unlike most of Didsbury, there is plenty of on-street parking on quiet Disbury Park Road and the larger room comes with a secure gated parking space on driveway.

Current occupants 2 guys and a girl: myself, my boyfriend and a female housemate who’s 24 - there is plenty of room. I'm David, 43 and work in finance, Johnjoe, 22 is a law student and our other housemate is a young professional.

Lucy the dog also lives here - shes a 3 year old Cockapoo who is very cuddly, hypo-allergenic and likes playing tug-o-war with her toys and having her belly rubbed.

We have one room available to rent out - a large double bedroom with an adjacent "ensuite" bathroom on the top floor - so pretty quiet and very much your own space.

The bedroom is fully furnished with solid oak furniture including double bed, triple chest of drawers and triple wardrobe and bedside cabinets and a comfy reading chair in the alcove by the window. The adjacent bathroom is fitted with rainfall shower and Villeroy & Boch bathroom fittings. This room also includes gated on-drive parking space. Rent is £625 plus £100 bill contribution covering council tax, utilities, sky and fibre broadband.
