I’m a secondary school performing arts teacher so I am out of the house during the day and so this house would be great for someone who needs to work from home.

I’m very easy going and love a night in as much as night out! My housemate and I spend a mix of time together and with our own friends - so no pressure to be in each other’s pockets!

My housemate is going travelling for 9 months and so I am looking for someone to fill her room in that time. Would be great for a student as it’s during term time or a great starting point for anyone looking to move to Manchester. All furniture in room is included but I can move stuff out if needed!

Rent is £500 and bills work out around £150-200 extra per person.
