- Spacious kitchen, bathroom and a large living space with sofas, dining table and juliet balcony
- On the top floor of a house conversion, up three flights of stairs (no lift)
- Has a residents' car park with plenty of space 🚗

The room 🛏️
- Modest size with a double bed, bedside table, large set of drawers and a clothes rail
- There is room for a small desk but the current one belongs to the tenant, can go either where it is in the picture or where the shelving unit is up the stairs
- £440/month on a rolling contract
- Bills come to around £130 inc council tax

The area📍
- On Wilmslow Road which is convenient for bus travel to the city centre or Stockport 🚌
- 5 minute walk from West Didsbury tram stop
- Walking distance to Didsbury Village, Lapwing Lane and Burton Road with plenty of great pubs/shops/restaurants nearby 🍺
