Monday to Friday rent Didsbury village

Hi all,

Spare room available on Didsbury Village high street M20.

The apartment is fully furnished and is the room. It has a double bed and desk. The mattress is new and has only been used a couple of times. Water, electric and internet are around £75-80 each monthly. Council tax band B (£75 each monthly)

The room will be available from September 16th. The room can be viewed from September 12th but unfortunately I'm away before this. The apartment comes with a private carpark, you're welcome to use as I do not drive.

The bus stop is a minute away for routes to Stockport, city centre and the Trafford centre. The tram is a 5min walk and East Didsbury train station is about 15mins away for trains to the airport and city centre. Christie's is a 20min walk or less than 5min bus.

Didsbury has cafes, restaurants, pubs, local shops, supermarkets and parks. It's a popular and friendly area to live in.

I do have two pet cats that are indoors and generally sleep all day.
