Looking for a new flatmate as my current one is moving out. Room available from 1st May!
About the area 🌳
The flat is on the second floor of a small apartment building opposite Didsbury Village tram stop so great location for travel and all shops, cafes, parks, pubs etc. on the doorstep!
About the flat 🏠
I have the bedroom with en-suite so the room available comes with sole access to the main bathroom as pictured. The bedroom comes with all furniture except the desk and mirror. There is also a chest of drawers which I currently have in my room but this would be returned, and there is storage under the bed too. The kitchen is separate to the living room/dining area and has lots of cupboard space. The living area is modern, spacious and bright with a Juliet balcony. There is also a storage cupboard with washer dryer.
The rent is currently £697.50 plus bills which are usually around £150-£200 per month including council tax which is Band D.
About me 🙋🏼♀️
I am 28 and work as a Clinical Psychologist in Stockport. I do a variety of hours and a combination of working in the office and from home. I am also still doing some studying alongside my job. When I’m not working I enjoy running, Pilates, baking and seeing friends (although usually exhausted after work and happy to spend most evenings chilling/watching tv!) I would be looking to become friends with my new flatmate ideally and do some things together but also happy with having time alone. I am very clean and tidy so would want whoever moves in to be the same preferably!
If you are interested and think we would get along please get in touch 😊
