Flatmate wanted Didsbury Village

We’re one professional and one PhD student looking for a third professional to share a lovely flat in a very desirable location in Didsbury Village.

We are looking for another young professional to replace our old flatmate on a new tenancy as she is moving out in June. Someone who is tidy, friendly, and fits into the working pattern (9-5 weekdays) of the existing share would be ideal.

About the flat:

First-floor 3 bed apartment, situated a 3-minutes’ walk from Didsbury Village tram stop and a stone’s throw from all amenities and shops on Wilmslow Road. Council tax Band D. Bills approx £100-150 pp / pcm. Deposit: £652.00 approx.

The flat is fairly modern, lots of natural light in the living space, and is furnished. The available room has a double bed, wardrobe, and chest of drawers. It also has its own separate full size bathroom.

The kitchen is fitted with an oven, dishwasher, there is also a washer/dryer and generous living/dining space. There’s a small balcony to the front.
