Huge Double Room in Didsbury Village

Hi there! Our housemate Matt has just moved out, so we're looking for someone easy going and tidy to take his room.

We're ideally looking to do viewings on Sunday evening (9 August) but we can be flexible if needs be!

The room is on the top floor, has its own sink, and shares a bathroom with just one other housemate. It's a very large room at roughly 4.8 by 4.3 metres. The room comes with a bed, mattress, wardrobe, and a chest of drawers.

It’s £795 per month, which includes electricity, gas, water, broadband and council tax. It keeps things simple having all the bills included.

The house is on a nice street in Didsbury Village and has a good sized garden. It’s a 5-minute walk to Didsbury Village tram stop, ALDI, Co-op, M&S and Tesco Express so everywhere you’ll need is in walking distance.

Whilst there are a few of us living here, it's a huge house and we're not a rowdy bunch so never feels too busy and is pretty quiet~

We have a good sized kitchen with two fridge-freezers, two hobs, two ovens, a double cupboard each and all the usual appliances. We also have a little laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.

Even though we're a big house, it's quite quiet as we have nurses, teachers and civil servants all working different patterns.

We're looking for someone to take the room from the 31st August and there’s a 6-month initial contract with the letting agency.

We're listing this as female-preferred but there may be some flexibility with this. Let me know if you might be interested!
