Hi there! I’m Henri, and I’m looking for a flatmate to share this beautiful flat in the heart of Didsbury Village. The large double bedroom comes unfurnished, and has exclusive use of an ensuite. Fantastic living and kitchen spaces, including washing machine, dishwasher and energy efficient central heating.

The property is located along a quiet side street, conveniently placed between Wilmslow Road and the Didsbury Village tram stop. Fantastic location includes easy access to groceries, cafes and convenience stores in the Village, along with a brisk half an hour journey into town via the tram.

Rent is £710 per month, with bills coming to £160 - £200 depending on the time of the year. I don’t WFH but there’s plenty of space in the living room and bedroom for a WFH space.

I’m looking for a flatmate who is clean, tidy, and respectful of the space. I’m fairly busy during the week, so appreciate a quiet space to come home to. Always up for a nice chat in the evenings / weekends!
