My housemate is off travelling in a few weeks’ time, so I’m looking for someone to move into a spare double room from 20th October.
The location is lovely: Didsbury Park is quite literally around the corner, and it’s a 5-minute walk from Didsbury Village tram stop.
*Room, Rent & Bills*
The room is furnished with a double-bed, bedside table and a wardrobe; the desk and chair are going with my current housemate.
Rent is £600/month, bills have been around £160-170/month over the past year odd, so under £800/month all-in. Council Tax Band is B.
*The Flat*
The flat has a nice little galley kitchen, and a communal living room overlooking a common garden. In general it’s fairly cosy, yet feels super open and green given the location by the park.
*About me*
I’m a professional in my early thirties, hobbyist sound designer and experimental chef (with varied results, as my current housemate will undoubtedly attest). I love learning new things and usually have a billion projects on the go at any one time.
I’m also very easy-going and thrive on a low drama, super chill house share - I’ll usually just be going about my own business, but equally open to having a natter and doing stuff together.
Pop me a message if you’re interested or have any questions!
