Two Huge Double Rooms in Didsbury Village

Hi there! Our housemates Jess and Aisling are moving out and getting their own place soon, so we're looking for a couple of easy going and tidy people to take their rooms.

We're ideally looking to do viewings on Wednesday evening (16 September) but we can be flexible!

Both rooms are really big at roughly 4 by 5 metres, are lockable, and come with a bed, mattress, wardrobe, along with a chest of drawers. The first is on the ground floor and shares a bathroom with the one other person. The second is on the first floor and shares a bathroom with one other person too.

The rooms are available from roughly 10 October and are £795 per month, which includes electricity, gas, water, broadband and council tax. It keeps things simple having all the bills included.

The house is on a nice street in Didsbury Village and has a good sized garden. It’s a 5 minute walk to Didsbury Village tram stop, ALDI, Co-op, M&S and Tesco Express so everywhere you’ll need is within walking distance.

Whilst there are a few of us living here, it's a huge house and we're pretty chill bunch so it's quite quiet~.

Sophie works in translation, Kiana's a dentist, James works as a project manager, Rebecca works in law, Luke works in sales, and I'm a civil servant.

We have a good sized kitchen with two fridge-freezers, two hobs, two ovens, a double cupboard each and all the usual appliances. We also have a little laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.
