My name is Jad and I have a large double ensuite room available now. The room has ensuite facilities for your private personal use.

The house is very big and also very quiet due to the space and everyone does their own thing but we are all friendly and sociable. All rooms include wardrobes, drawers, television, dvd and beds.

The house has a 3rd floor roof terrace with canal side views overlooking Manchester City centre. It is completed with rattan furniture and two sun loungers.

It has two separate living rooms and a shared kitchen with microwave, washing machine, dryer, oven, hob and you would have your own designated cupboard space.

The house is conveniently located in Droylsden town centre about two minutes walk from all the shops and bars and also the bus and tram stops that provide frequent commuting to Manchester City centre which is approx 4 miles away.

All rooms are £625per month and a £625 deposit is required. All bills included and no extra costs. Looking for a minimum term of 6 months or more. Subject to checks and references. No admin fees.

Ideally looking for working professionals above 27 and someone easy going like myself Male or female but must be clean and tidy and clean up after themselves.

I would prefer a non driver or non vehicle owner as parking is quite restricted on the street. There is an adjacent street where you can park if you are car dependent.

No Pets or smokers allowed unless you are prepared to go outside every time, you wish to have a cigarette. I don't mind if you vape.
