I’m looking for a female lodger to share my lovely home with me.

I’m a friendly, professional woman who recently bought the house with my ex-partner. We’ve since separated, and I’m now looking for a female housemate to make the most of the spare room and create a comfortable, relaxed home environment.

The room is a spacious double bedroom with plenty of room for a bed, wardrobe and additional furniture. It’s bright, comfortable and would suit someone looking for a good-sized room in a clean, modern home.

You’ll also have access to the shared kitchen, living areas and bathroom and a separate wc downstairs.

The house is in a safe, quiet residential area with good transport links.

* Around 6 minutes’ walk to the tram stop
* Approximately 20 minutes by public transport into Manchester city centre
* Around 10 minutes’ drive into the city centre
* Good access to local bus routes and amenities
* Shops and everyday amenities are conveniently nearby

I work from home and have a small separate home office, so I have my own dedicated workspace and generally keep work separate from the rest of the house.

I’m looking for someone who is clean, respectful, considerate and easy-going. I enjoy having a comfortable home that feels peaceful and welcoming, while also respecting each other’s privacy and independence.

As this is my home, I’m specifically looking for a female lodger who would feel comfortable sharing a home with another woman.
