Soon to be 4 bed occupied by myself and three other females. Excellent quiet location. Fully refurbished kitchen with granite worktops and kitchen island. Bathroom has bath and walk in shower. Second down stairs w/c has a walk in shower. Currently only myself living here and I am offering at £500pm bills included as the living room is yet to be decorated. Will be £520 pm when finished. Bedroom has been replastered and painted and has a new carpet. Loads of built in wardrobe space and a desk. Double bed. All queries welcome.

I am fun, bubbly, like to go out but also do a lot of DIY. Local pub 5 min walk and main bus routes 5 mins away. 1.1 miles to train station roughly 30 min walk.
Currently just me living here and there’s an extra bathroom being fitted :)
I’m super clean so it’s important whoever joins me is too!
