We have a lovely room coming available for the end of May
We are a sociable house of 7, currently 4 girls and 3 boys (It's one of the girls who is leaving).
It's a double room on the ground floor,
and you will be sharing a bathroom with one other person.
We often go out to pubs together, have bbqs in the garden, and enjoy chilled movie nights in the gaff.
The house is situated in East Didsbury, very accessible via train, tram, and bus. Just around the corner from big Tesco and a short walk away from Didsbury village and its many pubs.
A few more important points:
- The room is £750 a month, all bills included.
- *you must have a UK home owner guarantor*
- we cannot take anyone with pets
- the earliest move in date is the 29th May, no earlier
- it is a sociable house, so we’d love someone to join us who also enjoys having a little chat after work, cooking together, etc. :)
