Looking for someone to take over my room and contract as I'm moving out soon.
The property is a spacious four bedroom house with a big garden, kitchen and shared living room. The room that's available is on the ground floor and looks out onto the garden at the back of the house.
The house is in a great location, 3 min walk from Burnage train station so you can get to town in 13 mins. Also only a 13 min walk from Didsbury village and the tram stop. 10 min walk to Big Tesco as well.
Currently three of the existing flatmates (including myself) are moving out. Two of us hopefully by the 1st of September and the other sometime probably in October. There's one flatmate who will be staying on for another year definitely.
The contract is from June to June,
the landlord will change our names on the contract when you move in.
