We have a lovely fully furnished double room available to rent out from 10/09/2026. It has a comfortable double bed with new mattress. Fitted cupboards and plenty of shelves to keep your belongings. It comes as all inclusive with bills and wifi included. We have a lovely garden and decking outside to enjoy the short summer.
The bus stop with direct buses to the town is 10 mins walk away from the address. Withington baths (gym and pool) is 12-15 mins walk. We have a Sainsbury and Co op near us and the lovely vibrant withington market. Aldi is a 10 mins walk away.
As both the occupants are professionals, we would prefer a quiet, friendly and clean individual. Preferably a girl. No visitors allowed please as this is a live in landlord property.
